PainPointsDB is sold as a one-time digital purchase through Stripe.

Upon successful payment, you receive:

• Access to the PainPointsDB database
• A personal, non-transferable license to view and use the content

There are no recurring fees.

2. License & Usage Rules

You may:

• Use the content for personal projects or business ideation
• Refer to the insights for research, product development, or inspiration

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or republish the database
• Share your login with others
• Copy the dataset into another public or commercial product
• Use the content to build a directly competing database

We reserve the right to revoke access for abuse, piracy, or violations.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

4. Account Access

You must provide accurate information when purchasing.

If you sign in using Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

We may suspend or disable accounts exhibiting:

• Unauthorized sharing
• Abuse
• Attempts to scrape or download the entire dataset

5. Availability & Modifications

We may update or improve the product over time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, though we strive for high availability.

We may modify these Terms with notice.

6. Disclaimer

PainPointsDB is provided "as is."

We do not guarantee:

• Business success
• Financial outcomes
• The accuracy of every entry
• That using the database will lead to profitable ideas

Use the database as inspiration only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for lost profits, failed business attempts, or consequential damages
• Your exclusive remedy is discontinuing use of the Service
